Da circa 10 anni ci occupiamo di case per vacanze (locazione e compra-vendita) nel nostro territorio: SARNANO (in provincia di Macerata nelle Marche). Ville, case in campagna, abitazioni centrali unitamente alle esigenze del cliente sono l'oggetto della nostra attivitą. Per soddisfare le richieste di soggiorni termali, settimane bianche, vacanze pasquali o lunghi week-end disponiamo, oltre alle abitazioni di privati, di un residence "IL GLICINE" realizzato recentemente di fronte al complesso termale. L'aria pulita, le TERME, la natura incontaminata, ed un paesaggio collinare incantevole rendono questo luogo ideale per soggiorni rilassanti e, al tempo stesso, offre la possibilitą di percorsi per ABBAZIE e CASTELLI, per sentieri all'interno del PARCO NAZIONALE DEI MONTI SIBILLINI, alla scoperta di tesori d'arte e di tradizioni popolari ed eno-gastronomiche.

May we introduce ourselves as Faida and Floriana Superiori.
For about ten years we’ve been concerned in the business of renting and selling holiday houses in our home town, Sarnano, and the surrounding area in the province of Macerata in Le Marche. We strive to work closely with our clients to fulfil their property requirements, whether for houses in the historical town centre or in the country.
‘Il Glicine ' (Wisteria) a recently constructed apartment complex situated in the vicinity of Sarnano’s thermal spa resort, would be the ideal location to stay for a spa break, ski-ing holiday, Christmas or Easter holiday or long weekend.
The pure air, the thermal spa resort, the unspoilt countryside and the breathtakingly beautiful landscape, makes this area an ideal place for a relaxing stay. At the same time it offers the opportunity of visits to abbeys and castles, excursions into the National Park of the Sibilini Mountains, and the discovery of local art treasures, not to mention the simple enjoyment of popular customs and the local wine and food.
URBINO, a medieval jewel and home to Raphael, RECANATI, the birthplace of the poet Giacomo Leopardi, LORETO, ASSISI and TOLENTINO, towns of great religious significance, the extraordinary CAVES of FRASASSI and the turquoise LAGO di FIASTRA, the medieval charm of ASCOLI PICENO, the beautiful Riviera del CONERO with its’ pearls SIROLO, NUMANA and PORTONOVO and the historic ‘Riviera of the Palms ' of San Benedetto are just some of the distractions in the region for anyone who chooses to stay with us.
